Kelvin C.P. Wang, Ph.D., P.E., Dist.M.ASCE, Regents Professor and Decker Dawson Chair of civil engineering at Oklahoma State University, has been honored with inclusion by ASCE in its 2021 class of Distinguished Members for outstanding contributions to transportation engineering education and research, including innovative research on automated pavement survey and data analysis methods.
